Mold Production

Our plaster mold casting process involves pouring a plaster slurry onto a master pattern. Molds are poured one at a time.

This process allows an unlimited number of molds to be produced precisely, one at a time, from your master pattern and is effective for both prototype and production part volumes.

After they set, the molds are stripped from the pattern and baked in ovens to evaporate all the remaining moisture and ensure consistent surface appearance and top casting quality.

The advantages of our methodology is that it allows for greater flexibility, quicker ramp up, easier design modifications and delivery of cast parts in less time than it often takes just to finish the tooling for other molding processes.
